Returns and Exchanges

Can I return a purchase?

Yes, we accept returns in exchange for item(s) of equivalent or lower value. There will be no cash refund.

Sale items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

How do I exchange an item?

To return an item -

1. Return via courier service with tracking capabilities. Shipping fee for return will be borne by the customer; or

2. Return via meet up (Promenade MRT 6.15pm / One Pemimpin 10am-3pm on weekdays).

Please email return requests to bytheaislesg@gmail.com in the following format with invoice attached - 

1. Name

2. Invoice number

3. Item(s) to be returned (eg. Rose, Sage Green, XS)

4. Item(s) you wish to exchange to (eg. Rose Sage Green, M)

5. Return method (eg. Meet up/ Promenade MRT/ Time & Date)

Return conditions:

- Return request must be submitted within one month from invoice date, limited to one time exchange per invoice. Kindly consolidate all exchange request in one email.
- The item(s) must be in in original condition with original packaging and the tags still attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, and no cosmetic stains.
